One workshop, two hands, and plenty of patience

We work in small batches from our Normandy workshop in Courbépine, at the heart of the Pays d'Ouche. The simplest way to order is to drop us a line — we'll get back to you with the flavours available and the pickup or delivery options. Since each batch is prepared by hand in limited quantities, the range evolves with the harvests: don't hesitate to tell us what you're after, even if you don't see it in the catalogue yet. We'll be happy to point you towards the jam or syrup that suits you, or to let you know as soon as a new batch comes out of the pot.
