Born from a passion for garden fruit and old Normandy recipes, Les Arcanes de la Neustrie is an artisanal, family adventure. Here, nothing is mass-produced — we take the time to pick, to simmer, to taste, to adjust.
Neustria is the old name for our Normandy. A rich, fertile land, full of stories and forgotten flavours that we try to bring back to life, jar after jar.
Les Arcanes de la Neustrie was born from a passion passed down over the years. Since our teenage years, we have wandered as a family through the forests, orchards and fields of the Eure in search of the treasures nature has to offer. Every season is an invitation to forage, always respecting the landscape and local flavours.
Very quickly, the pleasure of harvesting extended into the pleasure of turning that fruit into generous, sweet, indulgent jams. Over time, this family tradition became genuine artisanal know-how, with every recipe crafted with patience, rigour and passion.
Today, Les Arcanes de la Neustrie carries on this family adventure, celebrating the riches of our Normandy terroir. Every jar tells a story: of a harvest, a moment shared as a family, and a desire to share authentic, simple, sincere flavours.
