Our method
Beyond jams and syrups, we carry the harvest further in another way: plants dried away from the light, aromatic herbs tied into bunches, kitchen-garden preparations. The same gesture, the same patience, to keep the true taste of Normandy. Every plant is hand-picked at its best moment, then slowly dried at a gentle temperature to preserve its scent, its colour and its virtues. Nothing is forced, nothing is rushed: it's time that makes the quality. These products slip into a herbal tea, a broth, a marinade or a simmered dish, and keep for long months in an airtight jar, away from air and light. Another way to make the season last.
