Our method
Syrups begin like jams: with a harvest picked at the right moment. Cold-pressed fruit, flowers and herbs infused overnight — we draw out the aroma before ever reaching for the sugar. Then comes a gentle cook, just enough to bind the syrup without breaking the delicate scents. No colouring, no synthetic flavour, no preservative: only the fruit or flower, the sugar and water. Depending on the season, elderflower, mint, strawberry or poppy takes the lead. Top them up with cold or sparkling water for a refreshing drink, but they flavour a cocktail, a homemade lemonade, a dessert or a fruit salad just as well. Kept cool once opened, they last several weeks.
