Dried Rosemary
Hand-harvested in Normandy
Normandy rosemary hand-picked and dried away from the light. Aromatic, woody and resinous — a must in cooking as in infusions.
Ingredients
A hand harvest at daybreak
Our rosemary is picked by hand, early in the morning, in our Normandy region, at the hour when the dew still preserves all the delicacy of the aromas. That precise moment of harvest is no accident: it's when the rosemary concentrates the best of its essential oils and gives up its most intense, most authentic scent.
Entirely artisanal know-how
Our rosemary is dried with care, entirely by hand. No industrial line, no automated process: only the gesture, the patience and respect for the plant. A slow, natural drying, away from light, as in the old days, to preserve all its aromatic richness and guarantee consistent quality.
The character of rosemary
Rosemary unfolds its aromatic, woody and faintly resinous notes, which make it a must in cooking as in infusions. A powerful, generous scent, true to the Normandy terroir, which awakens the palate and perfumes your preparations.
Ideas for use
As an infusion for a digestive, invigorating herbal tea, to flavour your simmered dishes, grills, marinades and roast vegetables, in a homemade flavoured oil or vinegar, or to liven up your breads and fougasses.
