A hand harvest at daybreak

Our figs are picked by hand, early in the morning, in our Normandy orchards, at the hour when the dew still preserves all the delicacy of the aromas. That precise moment of harvest is no accident: it's when the fruit, drenched in sun, offers the best of its flavour and all its generosity.

Entirely artisanal know-how

Every jar is made in our kitchen, entirely by hand. No industrial line, no automated process: only the gesture, the patience and respect for the produce. A jam cooked as in the old days, in small quantities, to guarantee consistent quality and authentic flavours.

The marriage of flavours

The fleshy, candied sweetness of the fig meets the aromatic, woody notes of the rosemary, for a balance both indulgent and surprising, between tradition and character. A touch of rosemary, also hand-picked, subtly lifts the fruit and brings a fragrant depth that awakens the palate.

Serving ideas

Enjoy it on a slice of fresh bread, alongside matured cheeses and cold cuts, on foie gras, or to liven up your homemade desserts and pastries.
