Rosemary Syrup
Rosemary cold-infused then gently cooked with sugar. An aromatic, resinous syrup, surprising over melon, in a lemonade or a non-alcoholic cocktail.
Ingredients
A hand harvest at daybreak
Our sprigs of rosemary are picked by hand, early in the morning, at the hour when the dew still preserves all the delicacy of the aromas. That precise moment of harvest is no accident: it's when the rosemary releases the best of its essential oils and gives up its most intense, subtlest scent.
Entirely artisanal know-how
Every bottle is made in our kitchen, entirely by hand. No industrial line, no automated process: only the gesture, the patience and respect for the produce. A syrup slowly infused, as in the old days, in small quantities, to guarantee consistent quality and authentic flavours.
The character of rosemary
Rosemary unfolds its aromatic, woody and faintly resinous notes in a delicate infusion, balanced by the sweetness of the sugar. A syrup at once fresh, fragrant and surprising, which awakens the palate and gives your drinks a real signature.
Serving ideas
Diluted in cold or sparkling water for a refreshing drink, as an aromatic touch in a homemade lemonade, to liven up a cocktail or mocktail, over a fruit salad, or to flavour your desserts and pastries.
