Our mirabelles are picked by hand, at full ripeness, when the little golden fruit has concentrated all its sugar and scent. That precise moment of harvest is no accident: it's when the mirabelle gives the best of its flavour, sweet and sunny.
Entirely artisanal know-how
Every bottle is made in our kitchen, entirely by hand. No industrial line, no automated process: only the gesture, the patience and respect for the produce. A liqueur where the mirabelles steep slowly in alcohol, as in the old days, in small quantities, to guarantee consistent quality and authentic flavours.
The marriage of flavours
he honeyed, sunny sweetness of the mirabelle is enriched by three precious touches: star anise, for its warm, aniseed notes, cinnamon, for its spiced, comforting softness, and Comoros vanilla, for its enveloping roundness. An amber, indulgent liqueur, where the ripe fruit is carried on by a delicately spiced warmth.
Serving ideas
