Our strawberries and elderflowers are picked by hand, early in the morning, at the hour when the dew still preserves all the delicacy of the aromas. That precise moment of harvest is no accident: it's when the flowers give up their subtlest scent and the fruit offers the best of its flavour.
Entirely artisanal know-how
Every jar is made in our kitchen, entirely by hand. No industrial line, no automated process: only the gesture, the patience and respect for the produce. A jam cooked as in the old days, in small quantities, to guarantee consistent quality and authentic flavours.
The marriage of flavours
The sweet softness of the strawberry meets the floral, faintly musky notes of the elderflower, for a balance both indulgent and refined. We add two precious touches: Comoros vanilla, for its warm roundness and enveloping scent, and cardamom, for its delicately spiced aromatic edge, which brings character and depth to the jam.
Serving ideas
Enjoy it on a slice of fresh bread, spooned over a plain yoghurt, alongside cheeses, or to liven up your homemade desserts.
