! Contraindications
- • Not to be eaten raw (tart, highly astringent flesh)
- • ⚠️ Pips should never be chewed or swallowed (cyanogenic compounds)
- • Astringent effect: caution in case of constipation
- • Rich in sugars once processed (jelly, liqueur): moderation in case of diabetes
