Quince Liqueur
Quinces from Normandy - Star anise - Cinnamon - Comoros vanilla - Orange
Ripe Normandy quinces slowly steeped in alcohol with star anise, cinnamon, vanilla and orange zest. An amber liqueur, round and delicately spiced, to enjoy well chilled at the end of a meal.
Ingredients
A hand harvest in autumn
Our quinces are picked by hand, in autumn, when the fruit has taken on its beautiful golden colour and releases all its scent. That precise moment of harvest is no accident: it's when the quince, drenched in sun, gives the best of its flavour and all its aromatic generosity.
Entirely artisanal know-how
Every bottle is made in our kitchen, entirely by hand. No industrial line, no automated process: only the gesture, the patience and respect for the produce. A liqueur where the quince steeps slowly in alcohol, as in the old days, in small quantities, to guarantee consistent quality and authentic flavours.
The marriage of flavours
The fruity, delicately floral roundness of the quince, somewhere between apple and pear, is the setting for four precious touches: star anise, for its warm, aniseed notes, cinnamon, for its spiced, comforting softness, Comoros vanilla, for its enveloping roundness, and orange zest, for its tangy freshness that lifts the whole. An amber liqueur, indulgent and subtly spiced.
Serving ideas
Enjoy it well chilled as a digestif, at the end of a meal, poured over a few ice cubes, to liven up a cocktail or a kir, or to flavour your desserts and pastries.
