Our mulberries are picked by hand, at full ripeness, when the fleshy black berry has concentrated all its sugar. That precise moment of harvest is no accident: it's when the fruit, deep glossy black, offers the best of its flavour, round and delicately tart.
Entirely artisanal know-how
Every jar is made in our kitchen, entirely by hand. No industrial line, no automated process: only the gesture, the patience and respect for the produce. A jam cooked as in the old days, in small quantities, to guarantee consistent quality and authentic flavours.
The marriage of flavours
The deep, fruity flavour of the mulberry, at once sweet and lightly tart, is slowly cooked to reveal all its roundness. We add one precious touch: Comoros vanilla, for its warm roundness and enveloping scent, which underlines the fruit's indulgence and prolongs the finish on the palate.
Serving ideas
Enjoy it on a slice of fresh bread, spooned over plain yoghurt or fromage blanc, alongside mature cheeses, or to liven up your homemade desserts, crêpes and pastries.
