Our vegetables are picked by hand, in full season, when they are at their crunchiest and most flavourful. Wild asparagus, carrots and courgettes are harvested at the right moment, to keep all their freshness and firmness once jarred.

Every jar is prepared in our kitchen, entirely by hand. No industrial line, no automated process: only the gesture, the patience and respect for the produce. Vegetables cut and pickled with care, as in the old days, in small quantities.
