A hand harvest at the height of summer

Our apricots are picked by hand, at full ripeness, when the fruit has concentrated all its sugar and scent. That precise moment of harvest is no accident: it's when the apricot gives the best of its flavour, round and sunny.

Entirely artisanal know-how

Every jar is made in our kitchen, entirely by hand. No industrial line, no automated process: only the gesture, the patience and respect for the produce. A jelly cooked slowly then delicately filtered to keep only the purest juice, as in the old days, in small quantities, to guarantee consistent quality and authentic flavours.

The marriage of flavours

The sunny sweetness of the apricot meets the warm bite of fresh ginger, for an indulgent, lively balance. We add three precious touches: cinnamon, for its warm, comforting notes, Comoros vanilla, for its enveloping roundness, and a hint of plum, which brings depth and a long finish.

Serving ideas

Enjoy it on a warm brioche or fresh bread, with a soft cheese or plain yoghurt, to glaze a roast poultry or duck breast, or to liven up your desserts and pastries.
