Our cherries are picked by hand, at full ripeness, when the fruit has concentrated all its sugar and scent. That precise moment of harvest is no accident: it's when the cherry gives the best of its flavour, intense and generous.
Entirely artisanal know-how
Every bottle is made in our kitchen, entirely by hand. No industrial line, no automated process: only the gesture, the patience and respect for the produce. A syrup cooked slowly, as in the old days, in small quantities, to guarantee consistent quality and authentic flavours.
The marriage of flavours
The fleshy sweetness of the cherry is enriched by three precious touches: Comoros vanilla for its enveloping roundness, cardamom for its delicately spiced freshness, and allspice for its woody warmth with notes of cinnamon and clove. An indulgent, deep and subtly spiced balance.
Serving ideas
Topped up with cold or sparkling water, poured over vanilla ice cream or fromage blanc, to liven up a cocktail or mocktail, or to glaze your desserts and pastries.
